About Me
I´m a graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana where I studied Textile Design with a subsystem on Industrial Design. This allowed me to explore and know how to work with all kinds of materials, and not just with textiles, while also incorporating analytic geometry in the design of the outfits deepening the construction and psychology of the characters.
Professionally I have over 20 years of experience working as a Costume Designer for short and feature films, series, theater, tv and editorial advertising for worldwide renown brands.
I´ve been nominated twice for the Silver Ariel Award prize for best custom design, earning the award in 2019 for my work on “The Good Girls”, directed by Alejandra Márquez Abella.
In 2019 I was also awarded “La Dama de la Victoria” prize for best custom design for “Don Juan” play directed by Juan José Tagle.
In 2016 I participated in “Camino a Marte” and earned my first work as a Production Designer. I repeated the position two years later in “All the Freckles in the World”
